The Public Organization «Initiatives of Russia» was created on the initiative of citizens of the Russian Federation within their right to associate and create voluntary public associations to protect common interests and achieve common goals in accordance with Article 30 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the regulating Federal Law of 19.05.1995 N 82-FZ (ed. from 08.08.2024) "On Public Associations".
The association operates without state registration and acquisition of legal entity rights according to the current Federal Law of 19.05.1995 N 82-FZ (ed. from 08.08.2024) "On Public Associations".
The Public Organization «Initiatives of Russia» has the legal form of a public organization, which complies with the current Federal Law of 19.05.1995 N 82-FZ (ed. from 08.08.2024) "On Public Associations". This form allows citizens to unite for joint activities aimed at protecting common interests and achieving social goals.
Our organization operates on the principle of complete self-sufficiency. We do not seek external funding, grants, or budget allocations. Instead, we rely on the resources and contributions of our members, ensuring our independence and ability to make decisions based solely on the interests of our community.
