The supreme governing body of the non-governmental organization «Initiatives of Russia» is the general meeting of all members of the organization, where important decisions are made and strategic directions of activity are determined.

The permanently acting governing body of the organization is the sole executive body represented by the chairman of the organization, who is accountable to the general meeting.

Chairman

of the Organization

The Chairman of the non-governmental organization «Initiatives of Russia», acting in accordance with the charter approved by the general meeting on November 26, 2024, is Igor Sergeyevich Petrenko.

General Functions:

  • Manages the activities of the organization and the board.
  • Ensures internal operations of the organization, documentation management, financial flow management, and liaison with government and private entities.
  • Budget planning, reporting to authorities and the general meeting.
  • Represents the organization in relations with government and private structures, partners, and sponsors.
  • Develops strategies and forms organization policies.
  • Convenes and conducts board meetings and general meetings.

Specific Tasks:

  • Monitors the implementation of general meeting decisions and working group activities.
  • Ensures interaction between various departments of the organization.
  • Promotes partnership relations with other organizations and institutions.

The Chairman also assists in providing material and technical support necessary for the effective functioning of the organization.

Coordination Council

of the Organization

The Coordination Council of the organization is an important body responsible for coordinating the organization's activities. It includes heads of committees from various directions and initiatives who work on implementing the organization's mission and goals.

Main Functions:

Initiative Coordination: The Council ensures coordination of actions between various working groups and projects, striving to achieve maximum efficiency in task implementation.

Analysis and Monitoring: Council members regularly conduct analysis of current activities, evaluate results, and make necessary adjustments to improve the organization's work.

Specific Tasks:

Recommendation Development: The Council formulates recommendations for improving the organization's work, based on collected data and feedback from members. This may include proposals for changing work structure, implementing new methods and approaches, and improving interaction with external partners.

Training and Development: The Coordination Council organizes training and seminars for organization members, aimed at developing necessary skills and improving qualifications. This may include leadership training, project management, and communication.

The Coordination Council is accountable to the Chairman of the organization, ensuring high transparency and responsibility in the decision-making process.
